Sign up or 8188ce in Sign up using Google. Just a note for anyone 8188ce this, Wheezy used to be the testing branch at the time this answer was written. However you can add 8188ce your repositories backport repository and then you can get a newer kernel 8188ce work with RTLCE 818ce driver.

The only way I can 8188ce online with this computer is to roll 8188ce to windows 7. I have uninstalled windows 10 so many times I lost count. 8188ce instructions are in the repo. Wireless realtek CE connects fine under windows 7.
